The work “River” presents, for the first time, a coherent solution for uniting the geometric element and the object. At the same time, it became clear that the object also exists in a transformed form outside the geometric element — carrying its own presence even beyond the structure that contains it.

This discovery marked a turning point in the development of the Geometric Impressionism series, expanding the relationship between structure and subject matter.
